Dr. Samantha Thomas is a Louisville native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bellarmine University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University in 2023.
During veterinary school, she completed externships in general practice, shelter medicine, and cardiology. Following graduation, Dr. Thomas has been working in general practice as well as relief work in emergency medicine.
Her special interests include internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, and ultrasonography, with additional certification in senior pet care.
Dr. Thomas is dedicated to patient health, client education, and staying current with advancements in veterinary medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat Ollie, decorating her home, and exploring her local community she’s proud to serve.
