Dr. Julia Gawley earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Vet Med in 2005.
She attended Loyola University Chicago for her undergraduate degree. After practicing seven years and discovering the benefits of chiropractic therapy for herself, she earned a chiropractic certification for animals. Dr. Gawley enjoys medicine and surgery, but she feels immensely gratified seeing the benefits of chiropractic in her small animal and equine patients.
Dr. Gawley and her husband own a 25-acre farm with horses, dogs, and cats. They enjoy hiking, horseback riding, and exploring the farm with their 2-year-old son Myles, who is the light of their life.
